- 2 cans green giant mexicorn
- 1 pkg. mahatma yellow rice in a box (use only 1 pkg)
- 1 stick margarine
- 1 can cream of celery soup
- 1 c. sharp cheese
Directions

1Prepare rice according to instructions on package.

2Add margarine; stir until melted.

3Add corn and soup.

4Grated 1 cup or more cheese.

5Combine with mixture.

6Bake at 350 degrees for 30 minutes.

7Remove from oven.

8Sprinkle some cheese on top; sprinkle paprika for color.
