  • 1/2 c. butter (1 stick)
  • 2 cans (14 oz.) kernel corn, drained
  • 1 can creamed corn
  • 8 oz. sour cream
  • 1/8 c. sugar
  • 1 (8 oz.) pkg. corn muffin mix
  • chopped onion (optional)
  • chopped green pepper (optional)

Directions

    Mix together all ingredients and pour in 9 x 13 pan. Spray with Pam. Bake, uncovered, 1 hour at 350°.
