Ingredients

  • 2 lb. ground beef
  • 1 small onion
  • 1 small bottle mild Ortega taco sauce
  • 3 cans (14.5 oz.) Sweet Sue beef broth
  • salt to taste
  • 1 tsp. chili powder
  • 1/2 tsp. cumin
  • 1 1/2 tsp. oregano
  • 3 cans (16 oz.) Bush's mixed beans
  • 1 (14.5 oz.) can Hunt's Choice diced tomatoes

Directions

    Brown meat and drain.

    Put all ingredients in a large pot. Cook on low, covered, for 1 1/2 hours.

    Serve with Mexican finely shredded cheese and Santitos tortillas chips.
