- 1/2 c. margarine
- 1 (17 oz.) can whole kernel corn, with liquid
- 1 c. sour cream
- 1 (8 1/2 oz.) box corn bread mix
- 1 (17 oz.) can creamed corn
- 2 eggs, slightly beaten
- 1 c. sharp Cheddar cheese, grated
Directions

1Melt margarine in a 9 x 13-inch baking dish.

2Add whole corn, creamed corn and corn bread mix.

3Gently mix with fork.

4Add eggs and mix with fork.

5Drop sour cream by tablespoons in different areas on top of corn mixture.

6Fold in gently.

7Sprinkle with Cheddar cheese.

8Bake in a 350° oven 20 to 30 minutes until mixture is firm.

9Cool slightly before cutting into squares. Yields 12 servings.
