- 1 c. fresh bread crumbs
- 2 Tbsp. margarine or butter
- 1 (1 lb. 1 oz.) can whole kernel corn, well drained
- 2 eggs
- 1 can cream of mushroom soup (undiluted)
- 1/4 c. chopped onion
- salt and pepper to taste
Directions

1Brown crumbs in butter.

2Add corn, slightly beaten eggs, soup, onion and seasonings.

3Pour into buttered casserole or ring mold. Bake at 350° for about 40 minutes or until firm and pulls away from side of pan.

4If baked in ring mold, turn out on serving plate and serve with cooked Brussels sprouts in center.
