- 1 box Jiffy cornbread mix

Directions

1Mix yellow corn, Niblets corn, eggs, margarine, cornbread mix and sour cream. Bake at 350° for 45 minutes or less in a 9 x 13-inch pan or 2 smaller pans. This can be frozen before or after baking.
