  • 1 (12 oz.) can Niblets corn, drained
  • 2 eggs, beaten
  • 1 stick margarine, melted
  • 1 box Jiffy cornbread mix
  • 1 small carton sour cream

Directions

    Mix yellow corn, Niblets corn, eggs, margarine, cornbread mix and sour cream. Bake at 350° for 45 minutes or less in a 9 x 13-inch pan or 2 smaller pans. This can be frozen before or after baking.
