  • 2 cans corn (1 whole kernel and 1 cream-style)
  • 1 can chopped green chilies
  • 2 eggs, beaten
  • 1/2 stick oleo
  • 1/2 pkg. corn bread mix

Directions

    You may use fresh or frozen corn, or half and half canned or frozen.

    Beat eggs well; add all of the rest of the ingredients. Pour in casserole and bake at 300° for 45 minutes.
