- 1 can whole corn
- 1 can creamed corn
- 2 eggs
- 2/3 c. evaporated milk
- 4 Tbsp. melted butter
- 2 Tbsp. minced onion
- 1/2 tsp. salt
- 1/4 tsp. pepper
- 2 c. ground crackers
- 12 oz. grated Swiss cheese
Directions

1Drain corn, reserving 1/4 cup juice for recipe.

2Beat eggs. Add the rest of the ingredients.

3Pour into a greased 9 x 12-inch pan. Bake at 325° for 1 hour.
