  • 1 can whole corn
  • 1 can creamed corn
  • 2 eggs
  • 2/3 c. evaporated milk
  • 4 Tbsp. melted butter
  • 2 Tbsp. minced onion
  • 1/2 tsp. salt
  • 1/4 tsp. pepper
  • 2 c. ground crackers
  • 12 oz. grated Swiss cheese

Directions

    Drain corn, reserving 1/4 cup juice for recipe.

    Beat eggs. Add the rest of the ingredients.

    Pour into a greased 9 x 12-inch pan. Bake at 325° for 1 hour.
