  • 1 pkg. Mexican cornbread mix
  • 1 can cream-style corn
  • 1 can whole kernel corn, drained
  • 1 can cream of chicken or mushroom soup
  • 2 eggs
  • 1 stick margarine, melted

Directions

    Mix all the ingredients together.

    Pour into a 9 x 13-inch glass baking dish.

    Cook at 350° for 45 minutes or until done. Put sliced cheese on top soon after removing from oven.
