- 1 lb thawed perch fillets or 1 lb cod fish fillet
- 3/4 cup flour
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
- 2 eggs
- 3/4 cup crushed pretzel
- butter or oil
Directions

1Mix the flour and seasonings in a plastic bag.

2Place stirred eggs and pretzels onto seperate plates.

3Dip the fish into the flour, then the eggs, then the pretzels.

4Fry in hot butter or oil until golden brown and it flakes easily with a fork, about 10m min's.
