   Crush cookies (reserve 1/4 cup).

   Mix with margarine.

   Put in 13 x 9-inch pan.

   Combine cream cheese and powdered sugar; mix well.

   Fold in 1/2 of Cool Whip and spread over crumbs.

   Prepare pudding with milk and spread over cream cheese.

   Spread remaining Cool Whip on top and sprinkle with reserved cookie crumbs.
