- 1 can (15 Oz. Can) Creamed Corn
- 1 can (15 Oz. Can) Corn, Drained
- 1 carton (8 Oz. Container) Sour Cream
- 1 whole Egg
- 1 pinch Salt
- 1 pinch Black Pepper
- 1 box (8 Oz. Box) Jiffy Corn Muffin Mix
Directions

1Preheat your over to 350F and grease an 8-inch square pan. Drain can of corn, but NOT the creamed corn!

2In a large bowl combine both kinds of corn, sour cream, eggs and seasonings; mix together. Add corn muffin mix and combine thoroughly. Pour mixture into the greased pan.

3Cook for 25-30 minutes. The top should be a nice golden brown; check the center with a toothpick. If it comes out clean, the casserole is ready to go!
