  • 1 box Jiffy Corn Muffin Mix
  • 1 can Whole Corn, Drained (8 Oz)
  • 1 can Creamed Corn (8 Oz)
  • 1 cup Sour Cream
  • 2 whole Eggs

    Preheat oven to 350.

    Melt butter and add to corn muffin mix.

    Stir in corn, creamed corn, and sour cream.

    Add slightly beaten eggs. Stir until mixed.

    Bake in an 8x8 pan for 35 min.

    You can easily double this recipe to make in a 9x13 and increase the baking time to 50 min.
