- 1 can Whole Corn, Drained (8 Oz)
- 1 can Creamed Corn (8 Oz)
- 1 cup Sour Cream
- 2 whole Eggs

1Preheat oven to 350.

2Melt butter and add to corn muffin mix.

3Stir in corn, creamed corn, and sour cream.

4Add slightly beaten eggs. Stir until mixed.

5Bake in an 8x8 pan for 35 min.

6You can easily double this recipe to make in a 9x13 and increase the baking time to 50 min.
