  • 1 small pkg. shredded Mozzarella cheese
  • 1/2 c. oleo, melted
  • 1/2 tsp. salt
  • 1 box Jiffy corn muffin mix
  • 1 (8 oz.) container sour cream
  • 1 (16 oz.) can creamed corn
  • 1 (16 oz.) can whole kernel corn, drained

Directions

    Beat eggs with butter; add salt and sour cream with muffin mix.

    Beat well.

    Add cans of corn.

    Bake in flat dish at 350° for 30 to 35 minutes.

    Spread with Mozzarella cheese.
