- 1/2 tsp. salt
- 1 box Jiffy corn muffin mix
- 1 (8 oz.) container sour cream
- 1 (16 oz.) can creamed corn
- 1 (16 oz.) can whole kernel corn, drained
Directions

1Beat eggs with butter; add salt and sour cream with muffin mix.

2Beat well.

3Add cans of corn.

4Bake in flat dish at 350° for 30 to 35 minutes.

5Spread with Mozzarella cheese.
