- 2 tablespoons butter, melted
- 2 tablespoons yellow onions, chopped
- 13 cup green pepper, chopped
- 13 cup red pepper, chopped
- 3 tablespoons flour
- 2 eggs, lightly beaten
- 2 cups corn, drained
- 34 cup cheddar cheese, grated
- 2 tablespoons parsley
- 1 12 cups milk
- salt, to taste
Directions

1Melt butter in pan.

2Add onion and peppers.

3Saute until soft.

4Sitr in flour, gradually add milk.

5Cook until sauce is thick.

6Lightly beat two eggs.

7Add a little of the sauce to warm them and then add eggs to sauce.

8Add corn kernals, cheese, parsley and salt to taste.

9Bake at 350 degrees for 45 minutes or until set.
