  • 1 can (15) whole kernel corn, drained
  • 1 can (15) cream-style corn
  • 1 pkg. (8-1/2) Jiffy corn muffin mix
  • 1 container (8) sour cream
  • 1/2 cup (1 stick) margarine, melted
  • 1-1/2 cup shredded cheddar cheese

Directions

    In a large bowl, stir together all ingredients except cheese.

    Pour into a greased casserole dish and bake in preheated 350 degree oven for 45 minutes or until golden brown.

    Remove from oven and top with cheese.

    Return to oven for 5 to 10 minutes or until cheese is melted.

    Remove from oven and let stand for at least 5 minutes before serving.
