  • 1 (11 oz.) can Green Giant Mexicorn
  • 1 small box Velveeta cheese
  • 1 can cream of celery soup
  • 1 stick butter
  • 1 small pkg. yellow rice

Directions

    Cook rice, add all other ingredients.

    Do not drain corn. You may also want to save a small amount of cheese to put on top. Bake at 350° until top is brown, approximately 20 minutes.
