- 1 (16 oz.) can creamed corn
- 1 (16 oz.) can whole kernel corn, drained
- 1 c. sour cream
- 1 (8 oz.) pkg. corn muffin mix
- 1/2 c. butter or margarine, melted
- 1 egg
Directions

1Preheat oven to 350°.

2Combine ingredients in a large bowl. Mix well.

3Place in well greased 1 1/2-quart casserole dish.

4Bake 50 to 60 minutes or until lightly browned and firm.

5Serve hot. Refrigerate leftovers.

6Yields 6 to 8 side dish servings.
