- 1/2 stick margarine
- 2 beaten eggs
- 1 c. sour cream
- 1 can creamed corn
- 1 can whole kernel corn
- 2/3 can liquid
- 1 pkg. Jiffy corn muffin mix
Directions

1Melt margarine.

2Add eggs and sour cream; mix well.

3Add 1 can creamed corn and 1 can whole kernel corn (saving liquid).

4Add water to liquid to equal 2/3 can.

5Mix well.

6Add package Jiffy mix and mix well.

7Bake at 350° until brown and puffy, about 1 hour.
