- 1 lb. bacon, diced
- 2 c. bread crumbs
- 1/4 c. minced onions
- 1/2 c. chopped green pepper
- 2 (16.5 oz.) cans cream-style corn
Directions

1Fry bacon in skillet until lightly browned.

2Remove and set aside.

3Pour 1/4 cup of bacon drippings over bread crumbs; set aside.

4Save 2 tablespoons of remaining drippings in pan; saute onion and green pepper until tender.

5Stir in corn and bacon. Spoon into a 1-quart baking dish; sprinkle with crumbs.

6Bake at 350° for 20 to 25 minutes or until bubbly and heated through. Serves 6 to 8.
