- 1 c. finely chopped onions
- 2 c. grated Cheddar cheese
- 2 Tbsp. sugar
- 1 c. chopped bell pepper
- 4 eggs, well beaten
- 1 c. fine bread crumbs
- 1 c. milk
Directions

1Mix corn, onions and bell pepper.

3Mix well and stir in milk and sugar. Add bread crumbs; mix well.

4Pour into 13 x 9 x 2-inch buttered casserole dish and bake 45 minutes to 1 hour.
