- 1 pkg. Jiffy cornbread mix
- 2 cans creamed corn
- 1 c. milk
- 1 onion
- 1 stick margarine
- 1 c. sour cream
- 1/2 tsp. salt
- 1/2 c. cheese
Directions

1Mix cornbread mix, corn and milk.

2Spread in 9 x 13-inch pan. Saute chopped onion in margarine until translucent.

3Add sour cream, salt and 1/4 cup cheese.

4Pour over cornbread mixture and top with other 1/2 cup cheese.

5Bake at 350° for 1 hour.
