- 1 pkg. yellow saffron rice
- 1 can cream of chicken soup
- 1/2 stick butter (Parkay)
- 1 can whole kernel corn
- 1 c. Cheddar cheese
Directions

1Make rice according to directions (cook for 20 minutes). Remove from heat and add cream of chicken soup, 1/2 stick butter and 1 can corn.

2Mix together and place in a baking dish (greased) and sprinkle with cheese.

3Bake 30 to 40 minutes at 350°.
