- 1 stick oleo
- 1 can cream-style corn
- 1 can whole kernel corn, drained
- 2 eggs, beaten
- 1 small box sour cream dip
- 1 pkg. dry Mexican corn bread
Directions

1Melt oleo; add cream-style corn and whole kernel corn.

2Stir in beaten eggs and sour cream dip, then add corn bread mix.

3Bake in an 8-inch square casserole dish at 350° for 35 to 40 minutes or just until firm in center.
