- 1 (8 oz.) can whole kernel corn, drained
- 1 c. cracker crumbs
- 1 can (5.33 oz.) evaporated milk
- 1 egg, slightly beaten
- 2 Tbsp. margarine, cut in pieces
Directions

1Combine corn, cracker crumbs and milk in 1-quart casserole. Mix well.

2Stir in egg. Dot with butter.

4Microwave 8 minutes on Medium or until set.
