  • 2 cans creamed corn
  • 1 can whole kernel corn
  • 2 eggs, slightly beaten
  • 3/4 c. milk
  • 1/2 c. vegetable oil
  • 1/2 tsp. salt
  • 1 Jiffy corn muffin mix (8 1/2 oz.)

Directions

    Blend all ingredients (except muffin mix) in greased casserole dish, then fold in dry corn muffin mix.

    Bake at 350°

    for 1 hour. Serve hot.
