- 2 cans creamed corn
- 1 can whole kernel corn
- 2 eggs, slightly beaten
- 3/4 c. milk
- 1/2 c. vegetable oil
- 1/2 tsp. salt
- 1 Jiffy corn muffin mix (8 1/2 oz.)
Directions

1Blend all ingredients (except muffin mix) in greased casserole dish, then fold in dry corn muffin mix.

2Bake at 350°

3for 1 hour. Serve hot.
