- 1/2 green bell pepper, chopped
- 1 c. cooked rice
- 2 (11 oz.) cans Green Giant Mexicorn
- 1 can cream of mushroom soup
- shredded Cheddar cheese
Directions

1Saute onion and pepper in butter.

2Add rice, corn and soup. Mix well.
