  • 1 (16 oz.) can whole kernel yellow corn (undrained)
  • 1 (16 oz.) can yellow cream-style corn
  • 1 box Jiffy corn muffin mix
  • 2 eggs
  • 1 (8 oz.) carton sour cream
  • 2 Tbsp. onion, minced
  • 1 stick butter or margarine

Directions

    Mix together all ingredients except butter.

    Melt butter in a 9 x 9-inch baking dish.

    Pour mixture over it.

    Sprinkle with paprika.

    Bake at 350° for approximately one hour.
