- 1 stick butter
- 8 oz. sour cream
- 1 box jiffy corn muffin mix
- 1 egg
- 1 can cream corn
- 1 can whole kernel corn (undrained)
Directions

1Melt butter; mix with sour cream, jiffy corn meal mix and egg. Mix well, then pour in cream corn and whole kernel corn.

2(Do not drain water.)

3Put in oven.

4Cook at 375 degrees for 30 to 45 minutes or until golden brown.
