- 1 stick margarine
- 1 small bell pepper, chopped
- 1 small onion, chopped
- 1 can creamed corn
- 1 c. milk
- 1 section saltines
Directions

1Melt margarine.

2Add bell pepper and onion.

3Cook until tender (do not brown).

4Add milk to corn.

5Remove pepper and onion from margarine.

6Crush saltines and add to margarine.

7Mix well.

8Put saltines in corn mixture.

9Save some for topping.

10Put in Pyrex dish and put saltine crumbs on top.

11Bake at 400° until brown.
