Ingredients

  • 2 - 12 oz. cans white corn (yellow can be substituted)
  • 1 - 16 oz. can French style green beans, drained
  • 1/2 c. chopped onions
  • 1/2 c. chopped celery
  • 1/4 c. chopped bell pepper
  • 3/4 c. grated sharp cheese
  • 1 can cream of celery soup
  • 1 - 8 oz. carton sour cream
  • salt and pepper to taste
  • 1 stick margarine
  • 1 stack butter flavored crackers, crushed (Ritz)

Directions

    Thoroughly mix all ingredients except margarine and crackers. Place the vegetable mixture in a 9 X 13 casserole dish.

    Melt margarine and mix with crushed crackers.

    Spread evenly over the vegetable mixture.

    Bake at 350 degrees for 45 minutes.

    Serves 12 to 15.
