- 2 - 12 oz. cans white corn (yellow can be substituted)
- 1 - 16 oz. can French style green beans, drained
- 1/2 c. chopped onions
- 1/2 c. chopped celery
- 1/4 c. chopped bell pepper
- 3/4 c. grated sharp cheese
- 1 can cream of celery soup
- 1 - 8 oz. carton sour cream
- salt and pepper to taste
- 1 stick margarine
- 1 stack butter flavored crackers, crushed (Ritz)
Directions

1Thoroughly mix all ingredients except margarine and crackers. Place the vegetable mixture in a 9 X 13 casserole dish.

2Melt margarine and mix with crushed crackers.

3Spread evenly over the vegetable mixture.

4Bake at 350 degrees for 45 minutes.

5Serves 12 to 15.
