  • 1 can whole kernel corn
  • 1 large onion, chopped
  • 1 pkg. Martha White Mexican corn bread mix
  • 1 (8 oz.) carton sour cream
  • 1 egg
  • 1 can cream-style corn
  • 1 stick oleo

Directions

    Saute chopped onion in oleo.

    Mix all other ingredients together and bake at 325° about 45 minutes.

    May sprinkle cheese on top, if desired.
