  • 2 cans Shoe Peg corn
  • 1/2 pt. whipping cream
  • 1 stick butter
  • 2 Tbsp. flour
  • salt and pepper to taste

Directions

    Oven 350°, drain corn.

    Put in casserole dish.

    Pour in whipping cream.

    Stir in flour.

    Cut butter in small pieces and put on top of mixture.

    Bake 45 minutes.
