  • 2 (15 oz.) cans yellow creamed corn
  • 1 c. Jiffy corn muffin mix
  • 1/2 c. oil
  • 2 beaten eggs
  • dash of garlic
  • 1 c. shredded Cheddar cheese

Directions

    Mix all ingredients, but cheese, in a bowl.

    Pour in a greased 13 x 9 x 2-inch baking dish.

    Sprinkle top with cheese.

    Bake 45 to 50 minutes in a 325° oven.
