- 2 Tbsp. flour
- 1 c. hot milk
- 2 c. (1 lb. can) yellow crushed corn
- 3 eggs, beaten
- 1 Tbsp. sugar
- salt and pepper
Directions

1Blend butter and flour.

2Add hot milk and mix well.

3Then blend with corn, beaten eggs and sugar.

4Use seasonings to your taste if desired.

5Bake in casserole at 375° for about 50 minutes or until done in the center.
