  • 2 Tbsp. melted margarine
  • 2 Tbsp. flour
  • 1 c. hot milk
  • 2 c. (1 lb. can) yellow crushed corn
  • 3 eggs, beaten
  • 1 Tbsp. sugar
  • salt and pepper

Directions

    Blend butter and flour.

    Add hot milk and mix well.

    Then blend with corn, beaten eggs and sugar.

    Use seasonings to your taste if desired.

    Bake in casserole at 375° for about 50 minutes or until done in the center.
