- 3 c. flour
- 1 1/2 c. Crisco
- 1 beaten egg
- 6 Tbsp. cold water
- 1 tsp. vinegar
- 1 tsp. salt
Directions

1Sift together flour and salt.

2Add Crisco.

3Mix with a fork until crumbly.

4Add egg, water and vinegar.

5Mix well.

6Form into 3 balls and chill 20 minutes.

7Makes 3 pie crusts.

8Will keep in refrigerator overnight, or freezes well.
