- 2 c. whole kernel corn
- 1/2 c. butter, melted
- 2 eggs
- 1 c. sour cream
- 1 1/2 tsp. salt
- 1 c. diced Monterey or Cheddar cheese
- 1/2 c. corn meal
- 1 (4 oz.) can diced green chilies
Directions

1Generously butter 2-quart casserole. Puree 1 cup of corn with butter and eggs in blender. Mix remaining ingredients and blend well. Pour in pan. Bake, uncovered, for 50 to 60 minutes at 350°. May be frozen, but thaw completely before heating up.
