  • 1 (16 oz.) can whole corn, strained
  • 1 c. plain yogurt
  • 2 eggs, slightly beaten
  • 1 (8 1/2 oz.) pkg. Jiffy corn meal mix
  • 1/2 c. oil
  • 1/4 c. grated cheese (optional)

Directions

    Combine all ingredients (except cheese).
