- 2 cans Green Giant Mexicorn
- 1 pkg. yellow rice (saffron rice)
- 1 stick oleo
- 1 can cream of celery soup
- 1 c. sharp cheese
Directions

1Prepare rice according to instructions.

2Add oleo.

3Mix well. Add corn and soup.

4Add cheese; combine with mixture.

5Bake 30 minutes at 350°.

6Remove from oven.

7Sprinkle some cheese on top; sprinkle some paprika on top for color (optional).

8Put back in oven until cheese melts.

9Very good.
