- 1 can kernel corn (optional)
- 1 to 2 eggs or equivalent egg substitute
- 1 stick light margarine, melted
- 1 box Jiffy cornbread (small box)

1Combine corn, margarine and eggs. Add cornbread mix. Bake at 350° for 45 minutes. Let stand 5 minutes prior to serving. Serves 4 or 5.
