  • 1 can creamed corn
  • 1 can kernel corn (optional)
  • 1 to 2 eggs or equivalent egg substitute
  • 1 stick light margarine, melted
  • 1 box Jiffy cornbread (small box)

Directions

    Combine corn, margarine and eggs. Add cornbread mix. Bake at 350° for 45 minutes. Let stand 5 minutes prior to serving. Serves 4 or 5.
