- 1 (17 oz.) can whole kernel corn
- 1 (17 oz.) can creamed corn
- 1/2 stick margarine
- 1 pkg. Jiffy corn muffin mix
- 2 eggs
- 2 Tbsp. sour cream
Directions

1Do not drain corn.

2Melt margarine.

3Mix all ingredients together.

4Pour into a greased 9 x 9-inch pan (9 x 13-inch for thinner casserole).

5Bake at 350° for 30 to 40 minutes or until edges brown and center is solid.
