Ingredients

  • 1 can cream-style corn (tall can)
  • 1 can whole corn
  • 2 eggs
  • 1 carton sour cream
  • 1/2 c. butter, melted
  • 1 pkg. corn muffin mix
  • 1 c. Cheddar cheese, shredded

Directions

    Mix together all ingredients except cheese and bake 30 minutes at 350°.

    Take out of oven and sprinkle cheese over top.

    Return to oven and bake another 15 minutes or until center is firm. Delicious served hot or cold.
