- 1 can cream-style corn (tall can)
- 1 can whole corn
- 2 eggs
- 1 carton sour cream
- 1/2 c. butter, melted
- 1 pkg. corn muffin mix
- 1 c. Cheddar cheese, shredded
Directions

1Mix together all ingredients except cheese and bake 30 minutes at 350°.

2Take out of oven and sprinkle cheese over top.

3Return to oven and bake another 15 minutes or until center is firm. Delicious served hot or cold.
