- 1 stick margarine
- 2 beaten eggs
- 1 c. sour cream
- 1 can whole kernel corn
- 1 can creamed corn
- 2/3 can liquid from corn
- 1 pkg. corn muffin mix
Directions

1Melt margarine.

2Stir in the eggs and sour cream.

3Add all the corn and liquid from corn.

4After all ingredients are well mixed, fold in the corn muffin mix.

5Bake at 350° until brown and puffy (approximately 25 minutes).

6Can be prepared ahead of time.
