  • 1 stick margarine
  • 2 beaten eggs
  • 1 c. sour cream
  • 1 can whole kernel corn
  • 1 can creamed corn
  • 2/3 can liquid from corn
  • 1 pkg. corn muffin mix

Directions

    Melt margarine.

    Stir in the eggs and sour cream.

    Add all the corn and liquid from corn.

    After all ingredients are well mixed, fold in the corn muffin mix.

    Bake at 350° until brown and puffy (approximately 25 minutes).

    Can be prepared ahead of time.
