- 1 c. cream-style corn
- 1 c. whole white corn, drained (Pride of Illinois, Shoe Peg)
- 1/2 c. celery, chopped
- 1/2 c. green pepper, chopped
- 1/2 c. onion, chopped
- 1 c. instant rice
- 1 can sliced water chestnuts, drained
- 2 eggs, beaten well
- 1/2 c. milk
- dash of Tabasco (optional)
- salt and pepper to taste
Directions

1Mix up the night before needed and put in refrigerator.

2Take out and put in cold oven.

3Turn oven to 325° and bake for 15 minutes.

4Serves 10 to 12.
