  • 1 can cream-style corn (do not drain)
  • 1 can whole kernel corn (do not drain)
  • 1 c. sour cream
  • 1/2 c. margarine, melted
  • 2 eggs, beaten
  • 1 (7 1/2 oz.) pkg. Jiffy cornbread mix

Directions

    Mix all ingredients together.

    Pour into casserole and bake at 350° for 35 minutes.

    Remove and put Swiss cheese on top.

    Bake 10 minutes longer.
