- 3 cans whole grain corn
- 2 cans cream of mushroom soup
- 1 (2 oz.) block Cheddar cheese, grated
- 1/2 red bell pepper
- 1/2 yellow bell pepper
- 1 onion, chopped
- 1/2 bunch green onions, chopped
- 1 Tbsp. butter
- 1 c. raw rice
- 2 c. water
Directions

1Saute seasoning in butter.

2Add rice and water.

3Cook slowly for 20 minutes.

4Add corn and soup.

5Add parsley, salt and pepper to taste.

6Bake 20 minutes at 325°.
