- 1 stick butter
- 1 (16 oz.) can whole corn, undrained
- 1 (16 oz.) can cream-style corn
- 1 box Jiffy cornbread mix
- 2 eggs, unbeaten
- 8 oz. sour cream
- 1 c. shredded sharp cheese
Directions

1Melt butter in a 9 x 13-inch pan.

2Add corn and then sprinkle cornbread over corn; stir gently with a fork.

3Add unbeaten eggs (mix with a fork).

4Spoon sour cream over top.

5Fold in with a fork.

6Top with cheese.

7Bake at 350° for 20 to 30 minutes or until set.
