- 1 (1 lb.) can whole kernel corn
- 4 eggs, well beaten
- 1/2 c. evaporated milk or half and half
- 1/4 tsp. salt
- 1/8 tsp. pepper
- 5 or 6 saltine crackers, crumbled
- 1 c. shredded Cheddar cheese
Directions

1Drain corn, putting liquid with eggs, milk, salt and pepper. Beat until well mixed.

2Add crackers and cheese.

3Pour into a buttered baking dish.

4Bake in 350° oven for 30 to 40 minutes or until set.
