- 1 c. (4 oz.) shredded medium Cheddar cheese
- 1 medium sized bell pepper, chopped
- 2 eggs, slightly beaten
- 1/2 c. milk
- 2 Tbsp. all-purpose flour
- 2 Tbsp. sugar
- 2 Tbsp. butter or margarine, melted
- 1 tsp. salt
- 1 (17 oz.) can whole kernel corn, drained
- (2 oz.) jar pimento, drained and chopped
Directions

1Combine all ingredients; mix well.

2Pour into a greased 1 1/2-quart casserole dish.

3Bake at 350° for 45 to 50 minutes. Serves 4 to 6.
