- 6 potatoes, peeled and diced
- 1 large or 2 medium onions, diced
- 2 to 3 Tbsp. butter
- 3 qt. milk
- 1 can cream corn
- 1 can whole kernel corn
- salt to taste
- pepper to taste
Directions

1Cook potatoes in salted water until done.

2Saute diced onion in butter until golden brown.

3When potatoes are cooked, drain off water and add milk, sauteed onions and butter they were sauteed in, cream corn, whole kernel corn, salt and pepper.

4Cook until hot.

5This keeps well and improves as it ripens.

6Serve with oyster crackers.
